Les Ildzsas Zrt. is an industrial general contractor from Dunakeszi. We design, build and develop industrial facilities: halls, warehouses, factories and offices, from planning to handover. We specialize in construction on an operational site. We work so that the work progresses safely, predictably and efficiently, even in production.

Over 20 years, we have implemented over 500 projects, mostly at operating sites. Our customers include Knaus Tabbert, Tracon, Magyar Közút, Zenit, ANY Biztonsági Nyomda and MÁV-Start. We built an automated high-bay warehouse for Tracon in three phases, without stopping production.
For us, speed is a matter of organization. A 1000 m² logistics hall can be completed in up to 6 months with good planning, coordinated organization and our own construction background. We keep the project in one responsible hand: structural engineering, specialist industry, mechanical engineering, electrical systems and external works. The budget is itemized and transparent.
Our quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001, and our environmental management system is certified according to ISO 14001. We build family houses under our Szépházam brand.

Board members
Zsolt Ildzsa – co-owner, board member, business development and strategy manager
He is responsible for the company's strategy, business development and customer relations. He holds a BSc in Economics, MSc in HR Consulting, MBAs in Law and IT Management; his doctoral research is in the field of connectivity and digital infrastructure. He has been working in the industrial construction industry for over 20 years and speaks four languages (HU, ENG, RU, IT). For the customer, this means clear contractual frameworks and well-prepared projects.
Dávid Ildzsa – co-owner, board member, technical director
He is responsible for the on-site implementation of projects, from technical coordination to handover. He holds a degree in transportation and vehicle engineering from BME, and a degree in energy engineering from SZIE. He has been managing the company's construction projects since 2016. Before that, he was a quality management manager at Knaus Tabbert, a maintenance engineer at MÁV, and started his career at Bombardier Transportation. For the client, this means a hall that is designed from a single source in terms of structure, engineering, and energy efficiency.
Gabriella Ildzsáné Szaniszló – co-owner, board member, financial manager
He is responsible for the company's finances, project cost control and accounting. He is an economist (MSc) and a registered chartered accountant. With more than three decades of complex accounting experience, he manages the company's financial operations. For the client, this means itemized, transparent budgets and accurate, predictable accounting.
